I’m so tired of every winter I have to replace my starter. It just seems that since I bought the car the summer or 2002 every winter I have had to replace the starter. Last year the first day of winter when the temperatures got below 20 all day I went out there to start the car to hear a nice grinding noise from the starter. After a few weeks went by the starter just stopped working. Today it's 17 out and I went out to start my car just to hear that familiar grind noise. So thank god the last starter I bought has a 3 year warrantee and I will be taking it back to Fairfax auto parts for a replacement. Does anyone else's Z have this issue when it’s really cold out?
